During my recent visit, I observed that the store was exceptionally busy, both inside and outside. Unfortunately, many customers displayed a lack of consideration for others. Despite utilizing the scan-and-go service, there seemed to be little urgency in managing the lines.

Additionally, my experience at the café was disappointing. Although we ordered ahead, our meal included cold and undercooked pepperoni pretzel bites, and the frozen yogurt cups were served much later than expected, arriving after our pizza, which had a 15-minute wait time.

It appeared that the operation could benefit from increased staffing and better organization to enhance the overall customer experience.

Well, leaving and showing purchase history, the lady kept saying no to the barcode, even though it didn’t show a QR, which was rather frustrating to be treated like we were stealing, even though we were showing our receipt

Fraud was done in this store within 5 mins of the store opening today, 12/9/24, for over $500 of food, which points to inside fraud or failure of their employees to check id for food pickup orders.
It's taken several call attempts to multiple departments to just get someone on the phone.
After 15 mins waiting on the phone I had to leave my name and number since all managers and supervisor were wrapped up with something.
Let's see if I get a call back.
Update:: seems they read reviews before they call back so the manager can arm herself with a "It's not our fault" because they do not watch over their self checkout. That statement is a laugh.
All i wanted to was for them to give their in-house transaction auditor a heads up that it happened, maybe even see if a member card was entered during the transaction so they can get my money back from them. No I got a it's not our fault, you need to change your pin, and contact the state. BS
I worked for costco warehouse for 13 years which has limited technology and I know they are fully capable of tracking down the member but supposedly they cant do a damn thing.
This stores priority is to take money no matter where it came from and NOT trying to stop illegal activity in their store.

People watch your wallets and cards because they probably have skimmer devices all over their self checkouts, seeing that NO ONE is watching it.

This location is very neat and employees are wonderful BUT my 1 star review is for the ground beef. It's terribly tough and tasteless. I made two different dishes, one hamburger and one as spaghetti sauce but each turned out awful and ending up wasting my time throwing them to my dogs! I am even wondering if they beef because I NEVER have had beef this tough! The FDA is such a waste organization otherwise should have checked these products selling as meat!

Sam's always seems to be an 'easy' experience. Hardly ever a wait getting in, checking out with self check, or exiting the store (sometimes there's a slight backup here due to receipts being checked). Great 'instant savings' currently on Tide laundry pods and Cascade dishwasher pods. Kids snacks are usually a pretty good deal too. The store is clean and the staff is generally friendly.

Family Tradition

Typically always a pleasant experience with this Sam's Club. All items I need are typically always available. I use Scan & Go so I can't personally comment on wait times in line or customer service, only on item availability, cleanliness of store, organization, etc.

I purchased some goods here, but unfortunately, they weren’t marked as limited in quantity. However, they resolutely chose to help me and made sure I got enough of the items I needed, even outside of working hours. They are truly outstanding!

By far the best one. Quick easy checkout. Today I had a problem with the machine vs my card. The nice lady took me to my own register and we figured it out. She never ONCE even made a face. I couldn't get her name but she was a beautiful Soulaan. 🖤🤟🏿Register 3 at around 11am on labor day.
